Northfield Township Police Department
||Northfield Township Police Department is a full service police department
patrolling the township 24 hours a day. We utilize Washtenaw County Metro
Dispatch 911 Emergency Services. Monday through Friday between the
hours of 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM our administrative staff is available to handle
non-emergency needs at the department.
Our Mission Statement
The Northfield Township Police Department is dedicated to the preservation
of peace, the fair and equal enforcement of the law, the protection of its citizens
and service to the community. We are committed to helping maintain a high
quality of life in the community, while practicing the highest level
of integrity in our workforce.

Northfield Twp. Public Safety will be upgrading our community communication system. As of January 17, 2022, we will be
switching to Everbridge, a nationwide company, which will continue to be a free service, but will offer more options allowing our community to receive real-time community news, alerts
and important township information.
