Update on Leapers Farm

In July of last year, an applicant came before the Board of Trustees requesting a Conditional Land Use for a Private Gun Range.  The board held a Public Hearing and heard from many members of the public both for and against this request.  After discussion and consideration of the township's ordinances, the board voted to approve the Conditional Land Use by split vote.

After this decision, some area residents took the issue to court requesting a reversal of the board's decision.  Today we were notified that the case to appeal the approval of Leapers Farm private gun range has been denied.
