4th of July Parade Registration

The Kiwanis Club of Whitmore Lake again takes pride in sponsoring the 4th of July Parade on Monday, July 4th, 2022. The 4th of July Parade Committee hopes you will enjoy the plans we have made for this years celebration of 2021 Independence Day. This will mark the 62nd annual parade for the Northfield Township community. Our theme will be Celebrating 75 Years of Community.

We will again this year be judging the entries prior to the start of the parade. Trophies will be awarded to best of parade and the top 3 entries that will take into account its representation of the parade theme Celebrating 75 Years of Community.

Parade Registration
If you wanted to be part of a parade and never had a chance, your time is here to participate in the 2022 4th of July parade!   If you participated in the past, please join us again!   If you are new and interested in participating, please contact us for more information. 

Kiwanis is looking for participants — young, old and those in between.  This week is the last call, but we will always welcome last minute entries.  Funny, talented, creative, inspiring or not so funny...floats, cars, hot rods, custom cars and/or motorcycles, new and/or antique tractors, buses, hoverboards are highly encouraged!  Click here for a Registration Form


Bike Decorating Contest
The bike decorating contest is for all age groups. Children under 10 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Please arrive by 9:15 AM at 75 Barker Road (Parking Lot) so the judges can view your entry. First, second and third place medals will be awarded for bikes, wagons and strollers that best represent this years parade theme.   For more information please email Sue at sue.wanamaker@wlps.net
