Senior Nutrition & Meals on Wheels

SENIOR CAFE MEALS -  

Persons over the age of 60 are invited for a hot meal, nutrition education, and opportunity for socialization.
Nutritious noontime meals are served Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday at 12:30p.m. at the Northfield Township Community Center, 9101 Main St., Whitmore Lake.  Participants are encouraged to share in the cost of the meal.  Suggested contribution is $3.00 for ages 60 and up; however, people will not be turned away because of inability to pay. Those under the age of 60 are welcome to attend but will be charged the full price of $5.50 for the meal.

MEALS ON WHEELS
This option delivers meals to ill and frail persons in their homes.  A liquid dietary supplement can be provided to homebound seniors who are at nutritional risk.  Call 734-449-2295 for more information.
